Safety Warning GOBO Projector Light at US Manufacturing Plant
Project Overview This US-based manufacturing factory faces frequent safety risks from forklift traffic, crosswalks and blind zones on the workshop floor. Traditional painted floor markings wear off quickly under heavy vehicle rolling, require regular repainting and cause production downtime. The customer adopted our GOBO projection lights to cast clear safety warning signs on the ground for permanent, high-visibility safety reminders.
Installation Information
- Location: Indoor manufacturing workshop, United States
- Product: Waterproof safety pattern projection lights
- Mounting: Installed overhead on workshop ceiling beams (lights are hidden in the scene, only projected graphics are visible on the ground)
- Projection Surface: Concrete workshop floor
- Working Environment: Dust-proof design, suitable for long-time continuous operation in factory conditions
- Projection Content: Static safety warning patterns, including forklift blind zone warning, pedestrian walkway boundary, safety caution marks (no flowing light trails)
Solution & Effect Instead of easy-to-wear paint, the projected safety signs stay bright and sharp. Workers and forklift operators can clearly spot warning areas even under mixed factory lighting. When safety rules or warning zones need updating, only the GOBO pattern insert needs to be replaced, without sandblasting or repainting the floor. The projection graphics are high-contrast, eye-catching and static. No lamp body appears in the effect photos, focusing viewers on the ground safety marking effect directly.
Key Benefits ✅ Durable marking, no abrasion from forklifts and carts
✅ Flexible pattern change, low modification cost
✅ High visibility for workshop safety management
✅ No floor construction needed, zero interruption to production
✅ Dust-resistant design fits industrial workshop environments
Customer Feedback The projected safety warnings greatly improved hazard awareness on site. The maintenance work for floor safety markings was cut down significantly. The factory plans to roll out this projection solution to more production aisles and loading zones.
